TERMS OF USE
Last Updated: December 6, 2025
Welcome to Wealth Recovery Partners, Inc. (“WRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites (including www.wealthrecoverypartners.net) and any online services we provide through them (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
WRP is a private legal service that helps individuals pursue unclaimed property and related recoveries. We are not a government agency. Use of the Services does not guarantee that funds will be recovered, and any engagement to provide legal services will be governed by a separate written agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Services, and to update it as needed.
Contacting us or submitting information through the Services does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only after you sign a written engagement agreement with WRP. Until then, please do not submit confidential or privileged information.
You agree not to:
Our fee terms are described in the engagement agreement you may sign with us. In general, WRP does not charge upfront fees for claim submissions; any fees or costs, including contingency arrangements, will be disclosed in writing before work proceeds.
By providing contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by email, phone, and text/SMS regarding your inquiry or claim. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time, but we may still send you non-marketing messages about your account or requests.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. Please review it carefully.
The Services, including all content, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by WRP or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services may contain links to third-party sites or tools. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any claim will result in recovery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WRP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
